I forgot how Americans say punnet, but someone at G+ helped me, it is a pint. The French say barquette. Dayo really loves the block beds, using the tiles as a pillow. I do try to remove him, but he resists and then I have to play with him for a while. I wish I could fly over and try them. What does a "whole punnet" mean, re. mushrooms? Dayo looks so comfy on those carrot seedlings, I bet you did not have the heart to shoo him away? <br />Wonderful addition to your potager garden blog, Michelle, such a delight to read!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5514229856596002702.post-84451061131781398312012-07-10T20:56:54.644+02:002012-07-10T20:56:54.644+02:00I know the feeling, Barbara! The present potager is about 200 hundred square feet, not counting the fruiting stock. I will eventually free up another 100 sq feet so I can grow asparagus and have an easier time rotating crops. I swear by block beds--as they allow for intensive gardening--along with successive cropping throughout the year.Michelle Beisselhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01278477713809914484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5514229856596002702.post-27633577449194860282012-07-10T20:45:26.229+02:002012-07-10T20:45:26.229+02:00Lovely looking vegetables.
