I wish the scientific conferences I attend were held in France (so I could stop by the potager garden)..I have my fourth visit to Spain this weekend. <br />I probably will not make jelly in the near future. But that doesn't mean I never will! Back in India, my mother found herself without any jam for the toast my kids like to have for breakfast. Rather than go out to get some, she whipped up a quick batch from the fruits she had on hand. The pectin was good enough to make it look real, and it tasted great. Bet your jelly is wonderful!
