Also when we get a cold that's the first thing we go for. Last fall i devoted a whole garden plot to garlic alone! I am new to the blogging world and would love to have ya stop by for a visit! For some reason, this i...I love roasted garlic too! For some reason, this is my husband's job: he provides the perfectly roasted, aromatic cloves and I mash them into a creamy delicious spread. Any time I roast veggies, I sneak in some garlic cloves, peel and all.<br /><br />It's good to see the potager garden begin to bloom.
